About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Claims Specialist to support case review, documentation, risk checks, reporting, and structured records management. This role requires sound judgment, accuracy, and careful handling of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Review cases, claims, risk items, or compliance records for completeness and consistency.
- Maintain accurate notes, status updates, supporting documents, and review outcomes.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or items requiring escalation.
- Support reporting, audit preparation, quality checks, and structured review workflows.
- Protect confidential information and follow process requirements carefully.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
- Able to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
- Able to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.
PREFERRED Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
- Able to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
Work Environment
