About the role
We are seeking a Claims Processor to join our team. This role involves taking initial reports of accidents and initiating the claims investigation process. The Claims Processor serves as the front line of our claims department, ensuring we fulfill our commitment to providing exceptional service to our insureds.
Responsibilities
- Take initial reports of accidents and initiate claims investigation process
- Use independent judgment and communication skills to obtain information about losses, determine if coverage exists, and assign cases to an adjuster
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Track record of dependability and sound decision-making

Schedule
- Hybrid schedule after training
- Training schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, length to be determined by the manager
- Shift Schedule: Wednesday 9am – 6:30pm, Thursday/Friday/Saturday 9am – 7pm
