Claims Processing Associate at RK Events & Logistics Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $52,000-$62,000 per year About The Role The Claims Processing Associate will support claims or case-processing workflows by reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records, identifying missing information, and tracking cases through assigned review steps. Key Responsibilities Process assigned claims or cases through documented administrative review steps.Verify that required records are present and that key information agrees across available documents.Keep case status, notes, and outstanding requirements current throughout the workflow.Escalate exceptions that require judgment, additional evidence, or authority beyond the role.Organize case files so completed work is traceable and ready for later review.Maintain confidentiality when working with personal, financial, or case information. Qualifications Practical familiarity with Case Review, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Support.Consistent accuracy when working with Documentation and Data Accuracy.Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits.Ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and follow-up without making unsupported assumptions.Comfort coordinating remotely through shared systems and written communication.
