Key Responsibilities Review claim or case records for completeness, consistency, and required supporting documentation.Enter updates, status notes, and review outcomes accurately in the assigned system.Identify missing, conflicting, or unclear information and route it for appropriate follow-up.Maintain organized supporting documents and a clear history of actions taken on each case.Assist with recurring quality checks and reporting on assigned claim or case activity.Protect sensitive information and follow defined review and escalation procedures. Qualifications Working knowledge of Case Review, Risk Assessment, and Compliance Support.Ability to apply Documentation and Data Accuracy accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
