About the role
As Claims Follow-Up Lead in California, you will be responsible for managing and resolving insurance claims efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve insurance claims in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and adjusters to ensure accurate claim processing
- Monitor claim status and update stakeholders accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in claims management or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

- Experience with claims software is a plus
