We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading with filler placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job description and extract relevant content. Job description text: "Job Description The Claim Director, under minimal direction from the manager, investigates and settles claims promptly, equitably and within established best practices guidelines. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled. About Us Chubb is a world leader in insurance. Performance and qualifications are the only basis upon which we hire, assign, promote, compensate, develop and retain employees. Chubb prohibits all unlawful discrimination, harassment and retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment." We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate, legal, etc. So we should cut out the "About Us" and EEO statements. Also remove "Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website." That's a benefits mention but vague; we might keep a Benefits section if there is specific content. The phrase "Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website." is not specific; it's generic. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state there is a comprehensive benefits package but no specifics. Might be considered filler? It says "more details can be found on our careers website." That's not specific. Likely we should not create a Benefits section because it's not specific. However we could include a short

about benefits? The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". The benefits statement is vague but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It says "comprehensive benefits package". Might be considered substantive enough? I'd lean to include a Benefits section with a

stating that Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package (details on careers website). That is specific enough? It's still vague but it's a statement of benefit. The rule says never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". This is not those. So we could include Benefits. Pay: we have specific pay range: $98,400 to $141,600. Also mention discretionary annual incentive program and geographic differential. So we should include Pay section. Schedule: no mention of schedule (e.g., full-time, hours). Not present, so omit Schedule section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph: "The Claim Director, under minimal direction from the manager, investigates and settles claims promptly, equitably and within established best practices guidelines." Also Scope paragraph: "Responsible for investigating; settling high exposure, high risk Employment Practices Claims, including class actions. Ensure high level of customer service and claim file quality. Identifying and evaluating coverage issues, preparing comprehensive coverage letters and analysis, retaining and managing coverage counsel through trial, and developing and managing strategy for complex coverage litigation. Evaluating exposure through an in-depth analysis of legal and factual issues, retaining and managing litigation counsel through trial, developing and managing strategy for complex litigation. Attending arbitrations, mediations, trials. Developing resolution strategies and negotiating settlements. Reviewing legal budgets and legal and third-party vendor’s bills. Presenting litigation strategy for complex litigation to senior claims management and underwriting staff. Support business leaders on an as needed basis on various claim and underwriting related issues and marketing meetings." We could combine About the role and Scope into About the role section. Responsibilities: we have a list under "Responsibilities Day to day handling...". That's a list of duties. We'll put as

    • . Qualifications: we have "Qualifications Ability to handle demanding caseload..." plus "Desired Traits". Could combine Qualifications and Desired Traits into Qualifications section or separate? The headings list includes Qualifications and Skills. We could put qualifications (experience, law degree) under Qualifications, and traits/skills under Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have headings list; we can decide to use Qualifications for experience/education, and Skills for traits. However we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract: Qualifications (experience/education): - Ability to handle demanding caseload of claims pertaining to Employment Practices Liability and provide business support. - Approximately 5-7 years claims and/or legal experience in the EPL area including evaluating and resolving complex matters. - Law degree preferred. - If you do not already have one, you will be required to obtain an applicable resident or designated home state adjusters license and possibly additional state licensure. Skills/Desired Traits: - Ability to work independently and assimilate learning materials on many different subjects from various sources. - Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. - Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner. - Authoritative knowledge of CHUBB coverage, products, services, and liabilities. - Ability to self-motivate and self-start. - Ability to make independent decisions using CHUBB best practices for guidance. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills. - Capable of dealing with highly visible and demanding customers. - Highly organized and able to respond to insureds and internal and external business partners in a timely manner. - Must be able to effectively work in a team environment. We could put these under Skills. Pay: - The pay range for the role is $98,400 to $141,600. - The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. - This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. - The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled. Benefits: - Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. Now we need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Benefits. Possibly also include a short

for About the role prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, About Us, etc. We need to ensure we use

      for each section heading. Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

        for prose. Thus:

That's a prose paragraph; could also break into
