About the role

The Washington Schools Risk Management Pool (WSRMP) is a member-owned and member-governed risk pool for public school districts in Washington State. They are seeking an experienced Claims Coordinator who will administer and resolve high complexity school law, property, and casualty claims.

Responsibilities

• Administer and resolve high complexity school law, property, and casualty claims
• Support the effective administration of data entry, setup, adjusting and resolution of property and liability claims and other assigned services
• Maintain services within established guidelines and standards
• Exercise sound judgment and professional discretion in ensuring timely setups and accurate communication among internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the overall success of the Claims Department by promoting efficient operations, high-quality service, and adherence to established standards and best practices
