Claims Attorney, FSG Legal & Claims

About the role

The Claims Attorney position within the Financial Services Group (FSG) Legal & Claims practice supports brokers and clients in management liability lines of coverage. This includes providing claims advocacy services, policy drafting and interpretation, and educational services to internal Aon FSG colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Supports brokers and clients in all management liability lines of coverage
• Provides claims advocacy services on behalf of clients
• Policies drafting and interpretation
• Education services to internal Aon FSG colleagues

Requirements

• Significant experience at an insurance broker supporting advocacy for commercial clients across management and professional liability insurance
• Active law license in any state

Qualifications

• JD/Law degree required

Skills

• Experience with claims advocacy
• Policy drafting and interpretation
• Ability to provide educational services

$137,300 - $240,000 annually
