About the role

As a Claims- Appraiser - Property Damage, you will be responsible for evaluating property damage claims submitted by clients or third parties. This includes assessing the extent of damage, verifying documentation, and providing estimates to clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate property damage claims
• Verify client documentation and insurance policies
• Provide detailed estimates to clients
• Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding claim status
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in property damage appraisal or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
