Responsibilities
- Investigate claims trends to uncover underlying drivers and process failures

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership
- Synthesize insights into concise and impactful narratives for executives
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance insight generation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in healthcare analytics with strong experience in claims operations (payer-side preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience transforming claims data into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated success in building or leading analytics teams aligned with business operations
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Advanced analytics skills (SQL, Python, statistical techniques, AI-enabled analysis)
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
