Responsibilities

  • Ensure essential administrative functions run smoothly
  • Interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
  • OR one year post-secondary education

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency using office equipment
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
  • Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
  • Customer service and follow-up skills

Location

Scranton, PA
Candidate must reside within a 30-mile radius to the Scranton Claims office (2200 Stafford Ave., Scranton, PA 18505) to support our Work Location Strategy.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm.
This is an in-office customer facing position.

Pay

$19.63 - $20.52/hour
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
