Duties & responsibilities (upon completion of training)
- Determine coverage
- Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
- Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
- Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Three years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years work experience and an associate degree
Qualifications
Minimum Education Required:
High School/GED

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Benefits
Compensation:
- Salary range: $54,000 - $57,500/year
- Paid hourly rate during training
Schedule
During training: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
After training: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 8:30am - 5:30pm, or 9am - 6pm
