Duties & responsibilities
- Determine coverage
- Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
- Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
- Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
- Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims
Requirements
- Three years of work experience OR Bachelor’s degree OR Two years work experience and an associate degree
Qualifications
- Must reside within 30 miles of Progressive's Bohemia Claims office at 1 Corporate Drive, Bohemia, NY 11716

Pay
Your salary will range from $64,500 - $69,000/year, however, during training, you'll be paid hourly based on your annual salary.
Schedule
- During onboarding, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- After training, Monday - Friday either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, depending on business need
