Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to handle Bodily Injury claims. This is an in-office position in our Phoenix, Arizona office. As a Bodily Injury Adjuster at Repwest, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving bodily injury and property damage claims involving U-Haul equipment and properties. Essential Duties Review claims to determine coverageConduct liability investigation by obtaining statements, review of photos, videos, police reports and any other evidenceWorking with independent adjusters as needed for field workPrepare forms and correspondence such as denial letters and release formsGather necessary documents to determine settlement value of claimMaintain productivity within company set standards Requirements Must have experience evaluating and negotiating auto insurance bodily injury settlementsGood communication and organizational skillsBasic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust obtain an Arizona adjuster’s license within 30 days of employment.
