Claim Representative III - Property
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
We need to decide sections: The posting includes a description of company (Why CIG?), why choose claim's team, benefits, work environment (remote, location), job overview (responsibilities), requirements, career path, salary range. Also mentions "Competitive compensation Base compensation Salary Management Spot Bonuses Annual Incentive/Profit sharing program". That's pay info. Also benefits list. Also schedule? Not explicit schedule besides remote, maybe not. So we can include sections: About the role (maybe combine Why CIG and why choose claim's team?), Responsibilities (Job Overview), Requirements, Benefits, Pay (salary range and compensation details), maybe Work Environment (but not a standard heading; we could put under About the role or Responsibilities? The instruction says use those headings only; we can't add custom headings. So we must fit content into those headings. If content doesn't fit, we could omit heading. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can embed info under appropriate headings. For work environment (remote, location) maybe under About the role or Responsibilities. Could put under About the role as prose.
We need to avoid duplicate lines. Also remove "Learn what it means to be a Claim Representative III - Property at CIG HERE !" (application instruction). Also remove "Job Overview" heading? We'll convert to prose under Responsibilities.
We need to ensure we don't include headings with empty content.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
... (company description, why choose claim's team, work environment)
Responsibilities
- ... list of duties from Job Overview
Requirements
- ... list of requirements
Benefits
- ... list of benefits
Pay
... salary range and compensation details
We should not include Schedule because not specified. We must preserve all substantive info: need to include details like "Accrue twenty-one days of Paid Time Off during your first year", "Up to eighty-seven percent of benefits covered by CIG for you and your family members", list of benefits, etc. Also include "Nine paid holidays, plus two floating holidays", "Above and Beyond Reward Recognition Program", etc. Also include "Competitive compensation Base compensation Salary Management Spot Bonuses Annual Incentive/Profit sharing program, potential payout annually based on company results." Also "Discount partnerships Gym memberships, credit union, travel, shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and more", "Insurance Educational reimbursement and bonus programs", "Employee Referral Bonus Program", "Home and Auto Insurance Discount Program.", "Paid Volunteer Time – Through company planned community events and choose your own adventure PVT in giving back in ways that are meaningful to you!", "Retirement savings benefit (401k and Roth + match)", "Health & Financial Wellness Wellness platform, tools and events Health Savings Account – match Financial Wellness Resources". Also "Voluntary benefit offerings Short-term (CA only) Voluntary Life AD&D self, spouse and child plans Flexible Spending Health Savings (HSA) Hospital Indemnity Accidental Injury Critical Illness ARAG Legal Services Norton LifeLock". Also "Business Travel Accident Protection". Also "Long Term Disability Short Term Disability (Outside of CA) Family Caregiver Support (Homethrive) Child Care Resources (Tootris)". Also "Medical, dental, vision plans One hundred percent covered plans Basic Life & AD&D Employee Assistance Leave Management". Also "Accrue twenty-one days of Paid Time Off during your first year Up to eighty-seven percent of benefits covered by CIG for you and your family members". Also "Nine paid holidays, plus two floating holidays". Also "Above and Beyond Reward Recognition Program Kudos & Shout Out Points Program Quarterly Above and Beyond Bonus Program Annual Above and Beyond Bonus Program". Also "Competitive compensation Base compensation Salary Management Spot Bonuses Annual Incentive/Profit sharing program, potential payout annually based on company results." Also "Discount partnerships Gym memberships, credit union, travel, shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and more". Also "Insurance Educational reimbursement and bonus programs Employee Referral Bonus Program Home and Auto Insurance Discount Program." Also "Paid Volunteer Time – Through company planned community events and choose your own adventure PVT in giving back in ways that are meaningful to you!" Also "Retirement savings benefit (401k and Roth + match) Health & Financial Wellness Wellness platform, tools and events Health Savings Account – match Financial Wellness Resources". We need to avoid duplication: some lines repeated like "Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and communicate complex legal concepts and policy-contract interpretation in writing and orally" appears twice in requirements; we should include once. Also "Maintain a valid California Driver License and operate a vehicle" and "Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship." Also "College degree or equivalent experience and seven (7) years of claim experience, including three years’ experience in handling complex claim files." Also "Knowledge of Current claims laws, specifically civil and tort law and current trends in Property insurance case law and issues". Also "Good working knowledge of mathematics and common accounting practices which relate to gross and net income or living-expense calculations." Also "Plan, organize, and prioritize work under the pressure of critical deadlines". Also "Perform inspections of sites and properties, including roofs, basements, and attics, which may require the use of ladders or stairs to access or the ability to kneel, crawl, and bend". Also "Supports the team as technical supervisor in manager’s absence. Assists with Regional audits, mentors less experienced Claim Reps and performs other duties as required or assigned by the Claim Manager or Director." Also "Provides the highest company-wide level of technical claim-handling, including investigation, evaluation, and negotiations pertaining to Property, Collapse, Earth Movement and loss of building and structures." We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Why CIG? At Capital Insurance Group we offer our employees more than just a job." That's substantive; we keep. We also need to remove duplicated lines: e.g., "Demonstrate strong negotiation skills..." appears twice; keep once. Also "Learn what it means to be a Claim Representative III - Property at CIG HERE !" is application instruction; remove. Also "Job Overview" heading we convert to prose. Also "Career Path Potential Claims Manager - Property Salary Range: $77,406.00 - $129,010.00 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs." This is pay info. Also earlier there is "Competitive compensation Base compensation Salary Management Spot Bonuses Annual Incentive/Profit sharing program, potential payout annually based on company results." That's also pay. We'll combine pay info. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft.About the role
