CJ24-1114 CUSTODIAL SUPERVISOR with Security Clearance

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures custodians perform tasks safely.
• Performs custodial tasks as needed.
• Schedules and performs daily and periodic cleaning services including dusting, sweeping, washing, vacuuming, stripping, waxing, polishing, trash collection, classified material handling, window washing, and replenishing toilet supplies.
• Maintains records of planned and actual performance of periodic services.
• Prepares lists of consumable and non-consumable supplies and associated costs for one year.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years experience in planning and supervision of custodial services.
• A working knowledge of and experience in selection and use of custodial equipment, chemicals, and tools.
• Experience in training custodians, preparing schedules, and ordering expendable supplies.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to produce email, word processing documents, basic spreadsheets, and work schedules via an Access database.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have completed secondary school or obtained a GED, and hold a valid driver's license.
• A Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Good English communication skills.
• A basic understanding of the Russian language is highly desirable.
• Must have oral and written communication skills sufficient for producing employee evaluations, written reports, and briefing upper management.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
