About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
- Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months
- Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects
- Knowledge of water / wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects
- Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water projects, including treatment, wells and pumphouses, storage facilities, booster stations, and distribution systems
- Knowledge of regional water and wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
Pay
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $125,000 and $160,000 based on skill set and experience.
