Brief Description

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Senior Civil PE to lead and grow our Northwest Arkansas site development team. As the Site Development Lead in Northwest Arkansas, you will serve as the face of our firm in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. This isn't just a design role; it is a business leadership position. You will be the primary "right hand" to the firm’s Principals, responsible for office operations, project scheduling, mentoring a talented team of young professionals, and driving business development (BD) to expand our footprint in the NWA market.

Annual Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $144,000

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas (or ability to obtain via comity immediately).
• Experience: 10–15+ years in Civil Site Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management capacity.
• NWA Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of Northwest Arkansas drainage criteria, zoning ordinances, and the local regulatory landscape is highly preferred.
• Software: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
• The "Owner" Mindset: A desire to lead a team, grow a brand, and eventually move into a Principal-level role.
