We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Date: Sep 23, 2026 (maybe not needed) - Location: many locations (Lawton, OK, US GA, US OK, US TX, US SC, US Claude, TX, US Beech Island, SC, US Stillwater, OK, US). Probably we can include location info in a short paragraph. - Company: Black & Veatch Family of Companies (also Black & Veatch Corporation). There's a description about employee-owned etc. - Req Id: 117260 (should not be heading; fold into short p or drop). We'll drop. - Opportunity Type: Staff, Relocation eligible: No, Full time/Part time: Full-Time, Project Only Hire: No, Visa Sponsorship Available: No. - Why Black & Veatch? paragraph. - Job Summary: description. - Key Responsibilities: bullet list. - Preferred Qualifications: list. - Preferred Skills: list. - Minimum Qualifications: list. - Certifications: OSHA 10 certification. - Work Environment/Physical Demands: description. - Salary Plan CNS: Construction Services Job Grade 016 (maybe pay? Not specific salary number; it's a grade. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does not give explicit salary amount, but mentions Salary Plan CNS: Construction Services Job Grade 016. That's not a numeric salary; it's a grade. Should we include Pay section? Probably not, because no explicit salary. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states a salary plan and job grade; that's still about pay but not a number. Might be considered pay info. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Salary Plan CNS: Construction Services Job Grade 016. That is about pay. So we could include a Pay section with that info. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is specific: Salary Plan CNS: Construction Services Job Grade 016. So we can include Pay section with that. - Benefits: The posting includes a paragraph about benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits portfolio is a key component of this commitment and offers an array of health care benefits including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurances along with disability and a robust wellness program. To support a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible work schedules, paid vacation and holiday time, sick time, and dependent sick time. A variety of additional benefits are available to our professionals, including a company-matched 401k plan, adoption reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, vendor discounts, an employment referral program, AD&D insurance, pre-taxed accounts, voluntary legal plan and the B&V Credit Union. Professionals may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus program. We are proud to be a 100 percent ESOP-owned company. As employee-owners, our professionals are empowered to drive not only their personal growth, but the company's long-term achievements - and they share in the financial rewards of the success through stock ownership." Thus we have benefits content. - Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides full-time. No specific schedule like shift patterns. The posting mentions "Work up to a 12 hour shift doing hard physical labor". That's schedule info? It mentions shift length. Could be considered schedule. But we should only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does mention "Work up to a 12 hour shift". That's schedule detail. So we could include Schedule section with that info. But we need to avoid filler like "not specified". We have specifics. Thus sections: About the role (maybe Job Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (Preferred Skills), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We also might include Location and Company info in a short paragraph at top (maybe as

). Not a heading. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Civil Superintendent. Not to be used as heading. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details from each section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disability accommodation, etc. Remove those. We need to remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content. First, company description: "Together, we own our company, our future, and our shared success. As an employee-owned company, our people are Black & Veatch. We put them at the center of everything we do and empower them to grow, explore new possibilities and use their diverse talents and perspectives to solve humanity's biggest challenges in an ever-evolving world. With over 100 years of innovation in sustainable infrastructure and our expertise in engineering, procurement, consulting and construction, together we are building a world of difference." Also "Why Black & Veatch? Join the Overland Contracting (a Black & Veatch company) construction team and build with pride. As a 100% employee‑owned company, every role matters — you own your work, your impact, and your future. We lead with care, and safety is non‑negotiable and embedded into every role, site and decision, ensuring our teams return home safe, every day. From field engineering to project management to quality and startup, you’ll work with cutting‑edge technology, learn from seasoned experts, and grow through real‑world, hands‑on experience. With a strong backlog across power, water, grid, and industrial markets, you’ll have the stability to grow and the opportunity to shape what comes next." We could combine into About the role or Company overview. Since we have a section About the role (maybe job summary). The job summary is separate: "Join Black & Veatch as a Civil Superintendent supporting high-impact simple cycle and combined cycle power generation construction projects. In this role, you will lead field execution for civil construction activities, partner closely with craft supervision and field engineering, and help deliver safe, high-quality work that keeps critical energy infrastructure projects on schedule. You will provide hands-on direction to direct-hire craft teams, support productivity and performance goals, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure crews have the information, materials, and resources needed to execute work safely and efficiently. This is an opportunity for a construction leader with dirt, concrete, foundations, undergrounds, and civil scope experience to contribute to advanced power generation projects while building strong field teams and supporting successful project delivery. This is a pipeline posting for 2027 projects sites. Locations will vary including Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Georgia, etc. #civilsuperintendent #combinedcycle #simplecycle" We could treat that as About the role (or Job Summary). The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading and put the job summary there. Responsibilities: list from Key Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: Preferred Skills. Benefits: benefits paragraph. Pay: Salary Plan CNS: Construction Services Job Grade 016. Schedule: mention work up to a 12 hour shift, maybe also full-time. We also have location info; we could include in About the role or a separate short p before headings. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. Let's craft. HTML fragment:

Location: Lawton, OK; various sites in TX, OK, SC, GA, etc. (pipeline posting for 2027 projects).

Then

About the role

with paragraphs: combine company overview and job summary? Might be too much but okay. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can split into two paragraphs: one about company/why Black & Veatch, another about job summary. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep them as is. Let's write:
