We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: There's a "Project Overview" (maybe About the role). There's "Job Summary". There's "Major Responsibilities". There's "Education And Experience Requirements". There's "Required Knowledge And Skills". There's "Total Rewards/Benefits". There's "Diverse Teams Build The Extraordinary" (maybe about culture but not benefits). There's EEO boilerplate to remove. No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe combine Project Overview + Job Summary). Responsibilities (Major Responsibilities). Requirements (Education And Experience Requirements). Qualifications? Could be same as Requirements? But we have "Required Knowledge And Skills" which could be Skills. Benefits (Total Rewards/Benefits). Possibly also a section for "About the company" but not required. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the content as paragraphs or lists. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities, we should list each bullet as
  • . The responsibilities are a long paragraph with semicolons separating items. We need to split into list items. Similarly for requirements: Education And Experience Requirements is a sentence; we can keep as

. Required Knowledge And Skills is a list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods? We'll split into list items. Benefits: The Total Rewards/Benefits paragraph is prose; we can keep as

. Also Diverse Teams... maybe not needed as separate section; but it's substantive about culture. Could be included under Benefits? But it's not benefits. Could be a separate section like "Culture" but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use headings from list; we should only use those headings if we have content. If we have content not fitting those headings, maybe we can omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could put under About the role or Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could create a section with heading not from list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; but does it forbid other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we need to map all content to those sections. The "Diverse Teams Build The Extraordinary" could be part of Benefits? Not really. Could be part of About the role? Maybe we can include as a paragraph under About the role describing company culture. That seems okay. Thus sections: - About the role: include Project Overview, Job Summary, and Diverse Teams paragraph (maybe also the introductory "Extraordinary Teams Building Inspiring Projects Since 1898..."). - Responsibilities: list items from Major Responsibilities. - Requirements: Education And Experience Requirements. - Skills: Required Knowledge And Skills (list). - Benefits: Total Rewards/Benefits paragraph. We should not include Qualifications separate if not distinct; but we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Qualifications if not distinct. We have Requirements and Skills; that's enough. We must not include Pay or Schedule. Now format: Use

for each section heading. Then content: For lists, use
    • ... For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information: need to include details like location, relocation authorized, telework type, etc. Those are in the requisition metadata: "Requisition ID: 299647 Relocation Authorized: National - Family Telework Type: Full-Time Office/Project Work Location: Houston, TX". We must preserve that info but not as heading. We can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with that metadata. Probably include a

at top: "Requisition ID: 299647 | Relocation Authorized: National - Family | Telework Type: Full-Time Office/Project Work | Location: Houston, TX". That preserves. Also we need to include the introductory blurb about Bechtel: "Extraordinary Teams Building Inspiring Projects Since 1898, we have helped customers complete more than 25,000 projects in 160 countries on all seven continents that have created jobs, grown economies, improved the resiliency of the world's infrastructure, increased access to energy, resources, and vital services, and made the world a safer, cleaner place. They are what we believe, what customers can expect, and how we deliver. Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report." That's substantive; include in About the role. Then Project Overview and Job Summary. Now craft HTML. We must not include any markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Let's construct:

Requisition ID: 299647 | Relocation Authorized: National - Family | Telework Type: Full-Time Office/Project Work | Location: Houston, TX
