Civil Staff Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Participate in civil design activities for capital and private property development projects.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits.
• Write reports related to project developments.
• Assist in planning and zoning board reviews.
• Support municipal design projects.
• Create contract documents, estimates, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Relevant internship experience can substitute for experience.
• Engineer in Training certification preferred, with goal to obtain Professional Engineer’s License.
• Fluency with AutoCad, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other relevant software essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong design principles and calculation abilities.
• Adept at collaborating and building strong client and team relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay & Benefits

T&M Associates estimates the salary range for this position will fall between $74,000 - $80,000. The actual salary offered may vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
