Civil Sr. Project Manager

About the role

Entellus is a civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services firm on a mission to build a different kind of engineering company—one where people are excited to work, feel a sense of community, adapt to client needs, and deliver quality with integrity. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to help shape our Woods Cross, Utah, office, focusing on Land Development projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
• Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
• Manage and expand a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to ensure project success.
• Assist with managing budgets, ensuring the financial health of projects and office operations.
• Help with market forecasting and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top engineering talent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in land development design, covering commercial and single-family projects.
• Active Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
• Track record of successfully managing land development projects from start to finish.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win work and grow client relationships.
• Proficiency in budgeting, market forecasting, and hiring.
