About the role
Responsible for leading complex engineering projects, overseeing team members, and ensuring project milestones are met within budget and scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
