Position Overview
The Equal Opportunity Office (EOO) is seeking a Civil Rights Investigator to conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into reports of harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, and retaliation. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into reports of harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, and retaliation.
- Collect information in an efficient and supportive manner.
- Compose a clear final report detailing the information obtained.
- Apply logical reasoning to make findings of fact and responsibility in accordance with university standards.
- Facilitate alternative resolution to help prevent behaviors from reoccurring and bridge the gap between intention and impact.
- Support the development and delivery of education and prevention programs.
- Work collaboratively with campus partners to promote the EEO mission and build trust with campus constituents.
Requirements
- Master's degree and 3 - 5 years of experience required.

Benefits
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Pay
Minimum $86,050.00
Maximum $114,750.00
