About the role

Responsibilities

- Draft and refine realistic scenarios, queries, and responses to help simulate authentic civil rights legal situations.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, legal soundness, and ethical compliance, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Research and summarize emerging trends, case law updates, and policy developments impacting civil rights.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and tech professionals through clear written and verbal communication channels.
- Ensure that all contributions meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership in the United States.
- Substantial experience practicing in civil rights law, including litigation or policy analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex legal ideas to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with landmark civil rights cases, federal and state statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex legal information and present it in accessible formats.
- Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and innovative approaches to legal problem-solving is a plus.
