Civil QA/QC Manager (Project Based)

The Quality Control Manager directs all site quality control activities and manages the inspection staff, typically holding certification as Inspector Level II or III in various disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of quality control on-site.
• Oversees inspection staff and ensures effective team performance.
• Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with industry standards.
• Participates in training and certification programs to maintain expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline from an accredited college or university and 8 years of related experience and/or training; or 10 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices (e.g., formwork, rebar, concrete placing).
• Quality assurance-related experience, preferably in the nuclear power industry (DOE/DOD facilities).
• Quality inspector experience with demonstrated skill and knowledge of applicable quality codes and standards, preferably NRC regulations.
