Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee engineers and technical staff in the development of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates in the design and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Projects may include booster pump stations, wells, storage tanks, lift stations, odor control, water/wastewater treatment, and water/sewer lines and force mains.
  • A strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure is required.
  • Design and construction oversight of water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, modeling, calculations, and QA/QC processes.
  • Familiar with hydraulic calculations, hydraulic modeling, and pump selection.
  • Cook up coordination with client/owner, subconsultants, contractors, and utility companies during design and construction.
  • Aid in business development and preparation of qualification-based proposals.
  • Develop and negotiate scopes of work and fee proposal with client/owner.

Skills/Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering with 15+ years of experience.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, or the ability to become registered within six months.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with Entellus staff and external clients.
  • Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections, etc.
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.

Benefits

  • Salary Range is $140,000 - $200,000 (+ Paid for every hour worked, Bonus, and 401k Profit Share).
