Civil Project Manager - Transportation/Municipal

About the role

Bolton & Menk, a top regional consulting engineering firm in the southeast, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Rock Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and make a lasting impact on the communities they serve.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for transportation/municipal projects to position for growth of our business in the Southeast market
• Utilize your expertise on transportation or municipal project management
• Responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management
• Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal and/or transportation infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience & enjoyment of managing and mentoring staff
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development
• Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential
• Strong active listening and team building skills
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Experience in Rock Hill, York County and the surrounding area a plus
