Civil Project Manager - Land/Site Development

Responsibilities

• Managing the technical analysis, design, and production of a variety of site development, public works, and private development improvement projects
• Scheduling and organizing work to accomplish project goals within established budgets and timelines
• Directing the efforts of a project team, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants
• Preparing proposals, reports, cost opinions, and construction documents
• Performing project management in accordance with TNP standards and guidelines
• Coordinating with other disciplines
• Conducting construction administration
• Maintaining strong financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Current registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas or the ability to obtain such certification within one year
• Professional and responsive to clients
• Experience in site development design (5-10 years preferred)
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Commitment to professional development
• Ability to develop solid working relationships with team members
• Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to meet client expectations
