Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of contract documents, including all revisions throughout preconstruction and construction.
• Establish and manage processes for updating as-built drawings, including subcontractor and field redlines.
• Manage document control logs (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders).
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support field teams and craft supervision.
• Review submittals for compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare, review, and distribute RFIs; validate subcontractor RFIs before submission to design teams.
• Maintain project logs and tracking systems (materials, inspections, concrete placement, non-conformance).
• Document and distribute meeting minutes for OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Support subcontractor coordination meetings and documentation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil construction in a project / field engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or 2+ years of civil construction experience.
• Complete project-specific and equipment safety training as required.
