About the role

The Civil/Mechanical Superintendent, Solar position is a 1-year contract assignment based in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Review Safety Documents and Policies
  • Review Contract Documents (Scope of work)
  • Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications
  • Ensure SWPPP is installed and maintained per Permit
  • Ensure EPC schedules Pre-Cons for New Tasks
  • Review Civil/Mechanical Checklist
  • Attend EPC Safety, Craft Tailgates, and Management Meetings
  • Perform daily field walks and observations with field crews
  • Perform QA/QC inspections and walkdowns on construction activities
  • Monitor Unifier Uploads by EPC
  • Complete QA/QC inspections in Unifier per frequency and activity completion
  • Track Open Action Items or Punchlist

Requirements

  • Comprehend Construction Drawings/Prints
  • People Management
  • Organization, Schedule/planning, Progress reporting
  • Communication with Contractors Management and 3rd parties
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data entry and Uploads
  • Industrial experience in Civil and Structural construction. 4 years

Skills

  • Organization, Schedule/planning, Progress reporting

Pay

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr.

Schedule

This is a 1-year contract assignment based on the construction site for the duration of the project. Per diem is available.
