What You'll Do Handle all aspects of civil litigation.Draft discovery and substantive motion practice.Take and defend depositions.Gain immediate courtroom experience.Interact directly with clients and carriers. What You Bring (required) Active bar admission in New York.Civil litigation or transferable courtroom experience.Experience in insurance defense litigation.Strong legal writing skills; writing sample required.Experience with motion practice and depositions.Motivated by trial reps and partnership.
