About the role
The Civil Law Associate Attorney will join our Civil Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Catawba County and western North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Check email, return messages, check-in with assigned case manager, and prepare for court
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare case for court
- Conduct case reviews
- Participate in PAG Team Trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Meet with current clients for top-quality customer service
- Handle a high volume of cases comfortably
Requirements
- Current member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing
Qualifications
- Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases
