About the role

LVI Associates is partnering with a nationally recognized multidisciplinary consulting firm seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its growing Land Development team in Toledo, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering and site development projects from due diligence through construction
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and client expectations
  • Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, stormwater, and site development design efforts
  • Cook up permitting and approval processes with local agencies and stakeholders
  • Act as a primary client contact throughout project delivery
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
  • Support proposal development, scope creation, fee estimates, and pursuit strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environmental, architecture, and planning groups
  • Aid leadership with business development initiatives and identification of new project opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Ohio and/or Michigan
  • 8+ years of experience in land development or site civil engineering
  • Demonstrated project management experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of permitting, entitlement, and development processes
  • Experience working with commercial, institutional, higher education, retail, or private development clients preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
