About the role
Lead land development projects, overseeing design, team coordination, and client communication from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and schedule adherence.
- Assist with marketing and client development.
- Establish project controls and oversee plan processing with public agencies.
- Develop proposals, negotiate scopes and fees, and handle billing and change orders.
- Lead and mentor design engineers and CAD operators to ensure technical excellence.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 5–7 years of responsible experience in land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for grading, drainage, and utilities.
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project aspects and foster client relationships.
