Project Manager Responsibilities
- Review and maintain project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Oversee production and prepare comprehensive project documents.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and facilitate career growth.
- Write comprehensive field reports.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Represent the organization through client interactions and any industry events attended.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and other industry associates.
- Demonstrates effective communication through written and verbal skills.
- Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence.
- Effectively run a remote team and engage with the larger organization.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience of Site Development, Civil Construction, Land Surveying, Water Rights, etc.
- ABET accredited bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Wyoming Licensed PE
- Colorado Licensed PE or willing to pursue
- Proficient using Civil 3D software for producing plans
- To be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Bonus Qualifications
- Licensed Surveyor
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and traverse uneven terrain at construction and job sites for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per day), including in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to conduct occasional full day surveying operations including walking, setting survey stakes, and carrying up to 30 lbs. of equipment.
