Civil Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring project integrity and adherence to all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Manage team of engineers and contractors to meet project milestones
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and management
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
