Responsibilities

• Serve as the civil engineering expert for nuclear facilities
• Anticipate business and regulatory challenges in engineering
• Lead functional teams and manage project milestones
• Direct research on complex technical problems with widespread impact
• Provide quality oversight and technical direction to senior professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• 15-25 years of experience in the field, with a strong emphasis on senior professional roles
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required, with multi-jurisdiction capabilities preferred
• Expert knowledge of key design codes for nuclear facilities, including NRC guidelines and standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a complex environment
