Shape the Future of Transportation Infrastructure Michael Baker International is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Interns to join our team for the Spring/Summer 2027 Internship Program in our New York, NY; Newark, NJ; or Pennington, NJ offices. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside industry-leading engineers, planners, architects, and construction professionals on some of the most impactful transportation and infrastructure projects throughout New Jersey and New York. Internship opportunities are available in the following practice areas: Highway Design, Bridge Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Traffic Engineering & Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Construction Services, Electrical Engineering. While our primary focus is recruiting for the Spring/Summer 2027 internship class, qualified candidates may also be considered for immediate part-time opportunities based on experience and availability.
