Skills And Experience Required For This Position

• Aid in the preparation of engineering designs, calculations, and drawings.
• Support field work and inspections for ongoing projects, observing construction processes, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Contribute to the analysis of data and research on civil engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Utilize software such as Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Participate in client meetings.
• Assist with project documentation and project management tasks.

Qualifications

• A current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• A strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices is a plus.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize.
