About the Program

raSmith is a growing multi-disciplinary consulting civil and structural engineering and land surveying firm with over 45 years of experience. We work with clients on projects nationwide from our six office locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, and California. The Rotational Engineer Program offers the opportunity to contribute talents to a variety of projects that positively impact communities across the country.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through six divisions over the course of 1 year
• Perform a variety of engineering tasks in each division to provide an understanding of that division's methods, practices and programs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is highly preferred
• Applicable U.S. based work experience
