CIVIL ENGINEER, PE - TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities

• Design or redesign of highways/roadways
• Interchange design
• Drainage design
• Plan reviews
• Coordination with public regulatory agencies and utility companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Experience in roadway design and ODOT plan preparation
• Hands-on design and drafting experience using Microstation/Open Roads/Geopak
• Must have a working knowledge in: roadway vertical and horizontal geometric design in accordance with ODOT and AASHTO standards, roadway drainage design and BMP design, and common constructability issues
