Civil Engineer (Entry-Mid-level) Land Development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification preferred or obtainable within one year
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
- Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop civil site designs for land development projects
- Aid in site layout and grading to ensure compliance with local zoning requirements
- Design stormwater management and erosion control systems
- Research permit requirements and local regulations to support project approvals
- Prepare construction documents, technical reports, and entitlement documents
- Perform earthwork calculations and drainage analysis
- Support permit acquisition and modifications during construction

The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with final compensation determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
