Responsibilities
- Provide both strategic and operational support to Service Center Managers throughout the organization
- Mentor fellow team members and provide guiding insights (interns, EITs, designers, and PEs)
- Manage projects, provide feedback and supervision, and coordinate
- Monitor project schedules and budget
- Prepare technical reports
- Complete project proposals and/or contract amendments
- Work closely with clients acting as client advocate and ensuring satisfaction
- Design and supervise civil and construction projects that may include water and wastewater systems, land development, and transportation improvements
- Estimate project costs, staffing, and material needs
- Conduct studies and prepare clear, professional written reports for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Strong CAD experience
- PE License
- At least 4 years of experience
