Civil Designer (LSNA-OH/NC/IN/PA)

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and create models from scratch
• Coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines
• Convey civil design requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or AutoCad design models
• Work closely with clients and construction trade partners

Requirements

• Associates degree; or equivalent years of experience of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 2+ years drafting and design experience
• College coursework in AutoCAD
• AutoCAD, design experience
• Ideally, you’ll also have 4 years of drafting/designer experience in the civil design field
• At least 1 year of AutoCAD experience
• Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
• Experience with healthcare /institutional /commercial buildings
• Experience working on complex civil design components , #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, #Construction, #Engineering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked.
