About the role
DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Civil Designer - Earthwork Focused to support the development of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across North America. The position is based in Katy, TX; Bedminster, NJ; or Pleasanton, CA with a hybrid schedule (onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday). You will collaborate with civil engineering and cross‑functional project teams to develop practical, cost‑effective site solutions that support project execution, estimating, and constructability goals, refining site layouts and producing detailed civil deliverables such as earthwork grading plans, stormwater management systems, drainage infrastructure, utilities, and access roads. Responsibilities
