Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality civil design outputs using Civil 3D or 12d
• Develop and manage 3D earthworks models and associated 2D design documentation
• Produce detailed design and construction drawings (concept through to IFC)
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Liaise with engineers, lead designers, and junior team members
• Support and mentor junior designers where required
• Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimates
• Ensure all deliverables meet required technical, quality, and drafting standards
• Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery

About You

• You bring demonstrated experience in civil design, including time in a similar senior or lead designer role, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 12D
• Experience with Civil 3D and Open Roads is advantageous
• You hold an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and are comfortable working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• You are known for your strong safety focus, attention to detail, and ability to build effective working relationships
• You are committed to continuous professional development
• You are experienced in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms, will be highly regarded
