About the role
You’ll work on complex site development projects that shape the growing communities while strengthening your technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages
- Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 2+ years of site design experience across residential and/or commercial or industrial projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles
- Attention to detail and curiosity to learn new tools and methods
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
