Civil Design Engineer (Land Development) | Bedford, NH | Bohler

About the role

Bohler’s Bedford, NH office is seeking a Design Engineer who’s ready to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of land development across the Bedford, NH area.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies
• Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 2+ years of site design experience across residential and/or commercial or industrial projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles
• Attention to detail and curiosity to learn new tools and methods
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Must have current authorization to work in the United States

• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
