About the role

Join the KPFF Lacey team in a fun, collaborative and dynamic office setting as a motivated, energetic and passionate civil design engineer with 4-6 years of experience who is eager to expand your design and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare construction drawings
  • Analyze and design water, sewer, and storm systems
  • Site planning
  • Site grading and stormwater management design
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Prepare project specifications
  • Prepare project cost estimates
  • Review and submit permit applications
  • Provide construction administration support
  • Communicate with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
  • Attend site visits

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree or higher
  • P.E. License in Washington
  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in site development engineering experience
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience
  • Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington

Additional Information

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $95,000 - $120,000 determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
